11.4†††† Discussion and possible action on expanding the agreement between the City of College Station and Fulbright and Jaworski L.L.P. to expend an additional $61,000 for legal services associated with the hotel/conference center project in the Highway 30/60 corridor.

11.7†††† Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution to intervene in two Lone Star Pipeline filings with the Railroad Commission that would allow Lone Star Pipeline to increase rates for the construction of a 76 mile pipeline (Docket No. 9292) and for increased operation and maintenance expenses (Docket No. 9304).

12.4†††† Presentation, discussion and possible action on a service agreement with Dean International Inc. for transportation consultant services related to the development of a high-speed rail corridor.
