11.2     Discussion and possible action approving the purchase of real property needed for a community park and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Real Estate Contract to effect the conveyance. Total sale price is $585,000 plus buyers expenses.  Funds available in the Parks Capital Project and Greenways Fund.

11.3     Discussion and possible action on a Juvenile Accountability Grant Resolution to approve " Decision Making" for First Offenders.

11.4     Discussion, and possible action on a resolution authorizing the City Manager to coordinate with the Texas Forest Service for a matching grant to offset the development cost of an urban forest management plan for the City of College Station.

11.5     Discussion, and possible action on revisions to Ordinance # 2421: City of College Station Drought Contingency and Emergency Water Plan.

Regular Agenda

12.1     Presentation, discussion, and possible action on receiving a report and recommendations by Randall Travel Marketing, Inc. on the Bryan/College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau (B/CS CVB) and receiving direction from the city council.

12.2     Public Hearing, discussion, and possible action on an ordinance amendment to Ordinance No. 1638 the Zoning Ordinance for the City of College Station providing for standards for buffering and screening.

12.3     Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding funding for Veterans Park and Athletic Complex Phase I development.

 

 

 

 

 

12.4     Presentation, discussion and possible action on an agreement between 301 Church Avenue L.P. and the City of College Station for the oversizing of the detention facility at the College Main Parking Garage to provide capacity for The Tradition dorm.

12.5     Presentation, discussion, and possible action on Change Order #4 for the College Main Parking Garage in the amount of $76,542 making the revised construction contract $5,104,272.

12.6     Presentation, discussion, and possible action on appointments to the Board of Directors of the College Station Business Development Corporation (4B Corporation).

12.7         Presentation, discussion and possible action to appoint bond counsel for the City of College Station for the next three years.

12.8         Presentation, discussion, and possible action on an appointment to the Bryan/College Station Joint Relief Funding Review Committee.

12.9         Presentation, discussion and possible action on a revision to the Bryan/College Station Economic Development Corporation Bylaws, Article III, Appointment and Qualifications of Directors.

12.10     Presentation, discussion and possible action on a City Councilperson appointment to the Bryan-College Station Economic Development Corporation Board.

13.       The City Council may convene the executive session following the regular meeting to discuss matters posted on the executive session agenda for 05/10/2001.
